Raising the stakes: Police arrest 6 gamblers
MULTAN: Police have arrested six gamblers who were caught red handed on Sunday afternoon. According to police officials, the Daulat Gate team received a tip-off regarding a gambling den and raided Aam Khas Bagh. Police caught six men gambling and recovered stake money worth Rs200,000 from the scene. Police have arrested Riaz, Shahbaz, Ghulam Hussain and their three partners and registered separate cases against them. Several other accused fled from the scene during the raid. Police officials said that they were conducting similar raids to catch the remaining accused.
