My cousin as well

MELBOURNE: This is with reference to your report of July 19 titled ‘Who would rape a 4-year-old?’. I recently lost my cousin who was 26 years old. She was kidnapped and then strangled to death by five people, and all for a couple of thousand rupees. I still can’t overcome this and just the thought of what she must have gone through brings tears to my eyes.

I fail to understand the state of mind of the criminal/animal who carries out such an act. I can only imagine the pain of the family. I can only imagine what the little girl’s parents must be going through. She was an innocent four-year-old human being. May Allah give the family the ability to survive this pain and May Allah grant the child a place in the highest of the heavens for she definitely suffered enough pain in this world. I hope the criminals behind this act are brought to justice in this world and I pray to Allah that they are dealt with for their acts in the hereafter as well.
