Football: ‘Foreign coach will be better than Lutfi’

KARACHI:

Pakistan’s new football coach Zavisa Milosavljevic will turn out to be better than Tariq Lutfi, according to the players participating in the national team’s camp for the Saff Championship in Lahore.

According to Jadeed Khan, who has led Pakistan in under-23 events, the  Serb’s appointment will turn out to be a good decision.

“Milosavljevic is definitely more experienced than Lutfi,” Khan told The Express Tribune. “Whatever training he’s given us has shown positive results. We’ve all improved individually. He’s been very attentive. Lutfi tried his best but Milosavljevic’s methods are different. He keeps us on our toes all the time,” added Khan.

The only thing Lutfi did in training was just talk on his phone.
