Sultan Ahmed. | 14 years ago | Reply There is no documentary evidence on the record, Photocopy is not acceptable in the criminal or civil nature cases. And prosecution has still failed to produced any eyewitness who says that they had seen the accused writing the pamphlet. They were on remand and requested for more remand which was granted and in this way overlooked the case's importance. prosecution shouldn't delay in deciding such cases but delayed deliberately and on the other hand shown negligence making arrangement regarding the safety of the persons involved,so the result before us. Fair play must be for all including communities .
