PESHAWAR: The process of distributing seeds, free of charge, among poor farmers began in Kurram Agency. Political agent Kurram, Shahab Ali Shah, distributed seeds among 1,800 farmers.
According to a press release issued here on Friday, the scheme has been launched by Fata Secretariat. The seeds were distributed among the famers of Bajaur and Kurram Agency.
The seeds were also distributed to farmers who had been dislocated from their native areas due to militancy and the ongoing military operations.
