KARACHI: The Federal Urdu University for Science and Technology will celebrate its 10th founding day on November 13 (Sunday). Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Muhammad Qaiser will chair the programme at 12 pm at Qadeer auditorium, Gulshan campus.
