Safety first: Accidents prompt helmet campaign

KARACHI: The city traffic police will launch a motorcycle helmet wearing campaign with the home department from November 18. The 10-day campaign will be followed by a “Friendly enforcement drive”. It was launched after the Road Injury Research and Prevention Centre of Jinnah hospital published a report. Data was collected from five trauma centres, at Jinnah, Civil, Abbasi Shaheed, Liaquat National and Aga Khan hospitals.
