Haroon termed Pakistan’s election on a non-permanent seat in the UNSC as a big achievement for the country.

He said that the government wanted to improve bilateral relations with all countries, including India.

Haroon also said that Pakistan’s stance was clear on Kashmir and a number of other issues.

Earlier on Saturday, Haroon had said that India played a vital role in supporting Pakistan to become a non-permanent member of the UNSC.

He said that good, working relations are being developed between India and Pakistan.

Haroon also acknowledged differences with United States over militant groups such as Haqqani network.
