LAHORE:

Justice Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah of the Lahore High Court again summoned National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) chairman Syed Ali Raza, president Qamar Hussain and others on a petition seeking registration of a murder case against them.

Petitioner’s counsel Azhar Siddique said that a case had not been registered against the accused. Siddique submitted that Shabbir Abbasi, a former NBP executive, was murdered because he moved various petitions against the alleged corruption and fraud of Raza, Hussain and other bank officers.
