Dengue Fever: Shahbaz approves expert advisory group
An expert advisory group has been approved by the Punjab government for treatment of dengue fever patients. The group includes Prof Faisal Masood, Prof Javed Akram, Prof Tariq Sallahuddin, Prof Rakhshanda Rehman and Prof Tahir Masood. The announcement was made by the Health secretary Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan.
The experts will visit hospitals around the clock and oversee the facilities and treatment being provided to patients. Khan also said that after Lahore, Faisalabad was the most affected district.
