Utilising resources: USC workers want regularization

Scores of USC employees took out a rally demanding the regularisation of USC contract employees in the district.

MUZAFFARGARH: Scores of Utility Stores Corporation (USC) employees took out a rally demanding the regularisation of USC contract employees in the district. According to the protesters, the USC administration had promised that the employees would be regularised several years ago but had not fulfilled their promises. The protesters set up a camp near Fiaz Park and took out a rally led by Utility Stores in-charge and district president employees association Mian Mumtaz Qureshi. The demonstrators carried banners and placards against the USC administration.
