Bowling: Islamabad bag honours at national event

Islamabad players grabbed the honours for the singles, team and armature titles as the Sixth National Bowling Championships concluded in the capital. Zafar Iqbal from Islamabad won the final of the singles event with a score of 367 while Rashid Ali from Karachi finished second with a score of 356. Meanwhile, in the team event, Islamabad secured the title with a superior score of 1795 to Karachi’s 1761. Similarly, in the armature category, Islamabad’s Muhammad Inam Khan scored 340 points to comfortably see off competition from second-placed Atta Muhammad with 274 points.
