Former SSG commando behind Parliament attack arrested
The arrested suspect, Saadullah is a former Special Services Group (SSG) commando, which is the elite wing of the armed forces of Pakistan.
The plot to attack the Parliament was foiled by the law enforcement agencies on October 8 this year.
The police had arrested four suspects and seized four suicide jackets, plenty of hand grenades and other explosive material from them. Saadullah was arrested through intelligence provided by the suspects arrested earlier.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has not issued any statement in this regard.

this is bad news..the SSG is pakistans most elite fighting force, and if its personnel are being indoctrinated against the state, thats bad news.

i think we should take it positively and appereciate our security agencies whose extra ordinary efforts have reduced terrorist attacks in pakistan and saved lives of pakistanis.it is totally outrageous to blame whole institute for the activities of one retird official.

Pakistani courts have not convicted a single person till now for terrorism.Six months down the line be ready to welcome these guys as they get let off by the courts for 'lack of evidence'.

What do you think who is Muslim? one who is born to Muslim family? Or who practices Seerat and Islam? How many of ‘born Muslims’ do practice seerat? Tolerance was lesson from Mecca till Fatah-e-Mecca but what are majority of we Muslims practicing? Don't be naïve. We will have to face reality. Talha is right. Our Intelligence agencies and Police have done a very good job in arresting the perpetrator but will he be punished by court?? I have very serious doubts.He will be free within 3 months once he is brought to the court.
