Pel took an early lead courtesy Riaz Ahmed’s strike in the second minute but the hosts equalised it in the 31st minute through Ameer Khan. Abdul Qudoos then gave Baloch FC the lead just before half-time and Habibullah struck the winner in the 64th minute.
With the win, Baloch FC moved up to 11th with 19 points, while Pel were left reeling at the bottom of the standings with just eight points.
Meanwhile, Afghan FC struggled against Muslim FC in their rescheduled match but with neither team able to score, they both sit second in the table with 40 points.
