Pay scales: Young doctors protest for increment

HYDERABAD: Young doctors held a protest for revised salaries which puts them at par with postgraduate doctors in the Punjab. They staged a sit-in in front of Civil Hospital, Hyderabad. According to them, the provincial government raised their salaries in July 2011 but the hospital administration was not paying them. The doctors warned that if they are not paid immediately then they will boycott the emergency ward as well.
