Fatal Fall: Old woman dies after falling from roof

FAISALABAD: An old woman died after falling from the upper storey of her house in the Samanabad police station precincts on Friday. According to the police, Khursheed Bibi, 72, was sleeping on the roof of her house in Nisar Colony. Khursheed woke up to say her Fajr prayers but accidentally slipped and fell. She received severe injuries and died on the way to hospital. Police officials have handed over the body of the deceased to her relatives for burial after completing the necessary formalities.
