The best course of action for Indian Foreign Minister would be to talk only on one issue i.e. Kashmir. If the core issue of Kashmir is resolved, the rest of the issues can also be resolved with mutual consent of both the countries. May be for India, Kashmir issue is the last issue, but in my opinion, for Pakistan, Kashmir is the first issue, therefore, India should only discuss Kashmir issue being the first and core issue, which is the mother of all issues.
