Students from various colleges in Gujrat blocked the Grand Trunk Road by burning tyres to protest against the errors in their intermediate results. They also raised slogans against the chairman of the Board.
In Gujranwala, some students forcibly entered and ransacked the board office, and damaged vehicles in the parking lot. Police resorted to aerial firing to control the situation, but the angry students refused to budge from their positions.
