Final farewell: CPNE condoles Akhtar’s demise

KARACHI: President of the Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE) Khushnud Ali Khan, Secretary-General Amir Mehmood and other office bearers have expressed grief over the demise of journalists and writers Hameed Akhtar and Akhtar Mirza and lauded their services.

CPNE members said that Hameed Akhtar had set an example for the journalist community and lived as a principled person till his last breath.
