Exchange: Judge in Taseer case moved to Lahore

Rawalpindi Anti Terrorism Court judge, Pervez Ali Shah, has been repatriated to the LHC

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday repatriated the services of the judge who heard former Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer’s murder case. As per a notification issued by the LHC registrar, Rawalpindi Anti Terrorism Court judge, Pervez Ali Shah, has been repatriated to the LHC while the services of District and Session Judge Muqarrab Khan have been placed at the disposal of the Punjab government for appointment as a judge in place of Shah.
