Golf: ‘I wouldn’t have selected Woods’

Norman felt that Keegan Bradley would have been a more logical choice for the tournament.

FORT MYERS: Greg Norman, who will captain the International team in the Presidents Cup, says he would not have selected former world number one Tiger Woods for his side in the match-play tournament. “I can understand the name of a Tiger Woods and his history of what he’s done on the golf course,” said Norman. “But I pick the guys who I think are ready to get in there and play and have performed to the highest levels leading up to it.” Norman felt that Keegan Bradley would have been a more logical choice for the tournament.
