Renovations: City govt told to open sealed shop

LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court on Friday ordered the city district administration to open a shop on The Mall it had sealed on alleged violation of the approved building plan. Shop owner Farah submitted in her petition that her shop was sealed because she had made some changes in the building design. She said she had fulfilled all requirements and renovated the shop in accordance with the rules and regulations. She said the renovation was necessary to keep pace with changing trends in architecture.
