Not Doing Enough: Jamshoro court summons officials

KOTRI: The sessions court in Jamshoro has summoned the director general of health, EDO health, managing secretaries of Liaquat University of Management and Health Sciences and the taluka hospital administrators of Kotri and Jamshoro. They were summoned after a petition was filed against the health department by the residents for poor cleanliness and sanitation in the area and the rising cases of dengue fever. The petitioners and Awami Lawyers Forum appealed to the court to order the authorities to take effective measures to check dengue and other diseases.
