142 vehicles for the CM, 7 for crisis management

A recent poll reveals that bureaucracy, ministers, advisors and task forces in Punjab are using a total of 6,000 vehicles.


According to a transport poll of the services and general administration department, the agriculture department is using 829 vehicles. The irrigation department is using 747 vehicles, while housing and physical planning is using 490. Chief minister secretariat is using 142 vehicles and the chief minister's inspection team has 14 vehicles in use. Relief and crisis management is  using the least number of vehicles, standing at seven.


The Punjab government has to spend two billion rupees annually on the maintenance of these vehicles.

Omer Khan | 14 years ago | Reply Criticise some one is very easy that all they do in past when great musharraf sir was leading the country, they just saw the lal masjid operation but they closed there eye's when a huge amount of arm's recovered from there a number of suicide bomber's was killed there, they do politics’ on afia siddique she was not arrested from Pak they knows that but they claim opposite to it just to blame Mr. Musharraf, if they are working for people's of Pak then why foreign investor's are not coming to Pak as they would in Mr. Musharraf Era???, why pakistani stock market collapsed from 21000 point's to 6000 point's????, why our foreign currency reserve became NIL as it was above 20 Billion when Sir left the govt.??? These are some basic point beside Security, Poverty and Price controlling, if they are a people's elected govt then they must have support of people and controlling security and other issues will not be a big deal for them but they are busy in living and making more luxuries to him because they don't have the PAKISTAN FIRST!!! MAY GOD BLESS US ALL!!!
