VEHARI: A youth was electrocuted near Vehari on Sunday. According to police officials, Chak 15-WB resident Saifur Rehman, 18, tried to turn off a pedestal fan when he received a fatal electric shock. Family members said that the fan had been emitting a spark and that Rehman’s hands were wet.
