Construction of a 22-feet bridge approved

Plan has been finalised to connect Garai Bridge with the under-construction Badwan Bridge through a road.

K-P Minister for Finance Humayun Khan has said that the government has approved the construction of a 22-feet wide bridge by the side of Garai Bridge at Batkhela-Totakan Road.

Talking to district officials of Malakand Division, Khan said that the bridge would facilitate pedestrians and ensure smooth flow of traffic. The plan has been finalised to connect Garai Bridge with the under-construction Badwan Bridge through a road for enhancing transport facilities to the people of Badwan, Khadgazai, Chakdarra and Dir.
