Somali pirates: Ebad meets families of abducted men

MV Albedo was abducted ten months ago by Somali pirates.

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan has sought public support, on humanitarian grounds, for the release of the people on board a vessel, MV Albedo.

They were abducted ten months ago by Somali pirates. He was talking to their families, who met him along with CPLC chief Ahmed Chinoy at Governor House, said a statement.

They include seven Pakistanis and 16 others from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India and Iran.
