Staff members refused to treat their patient because they did not have money to pay entry charges.

FAISALABAD: Members of a family staged a demo and blocked traffic on Jail Road in protest against the alleged highhandedness of Allied Hospital staff and police. They accused the staff members of beating their women and refusing to treat their patient because they did not have money to pay entry charges. They said instead of providing relief to them police officials who reached the spot arrested two of their women. Protestors said they had asked the staff members to spare them the entry fee as they had spent whatever cash they had in travelling from Chiniot to Faisalabad. The protestors were forced by police to disperse from the scene, as they had held up traffic on Jail Road for over two hours.
