NAWABSHAH: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Nawaz Sharif said that the government had failed to provide relief to flood-stricken people, Express 24/7 reported on Thursday.

Addressing a rally during his visit to the flood-hit areas of Sindh, Sharif said the power outage of up to 18 hours in Nawabshah is unjustified.

The PML-N chief said it was his party’s duty to lessen the miseries of the flood victims and that his party would soon start relief operations in the affected areas.

He said that during his tenure as the prime minister, he purged interior Sindh of gangsters but the present government had failed to maintain law and order.

He further asserted that the PML-N would bring a revolution in the country.
