Southern beauty Asin Thottumkal, who has worked with Salman Khan in "London Dreams" and "Ready", says she admires and respects the actor but has never desired him.
"I never saw him in that light. For me he was somebody who I looked up to in a very respectful way, somebody that I admired. He is very attractive but that's not the way I saw or looked up to him as ... so that never really crossed my mind ... of desiring him," said Asin, who will grace Simi Garewal's show "India's Most Desirable" this Sunday.
"I really never thought of resisting him," she added.
The 25-year-old admitted she feels lucky to have worked with bigwigs of Bollywood like Aamir Khan in "Ghajini" and Salman.
Asin recalled that the "Dabangg" actor made her eat a bug during the making of "Ready".
"Salman actually challenged me to eat a bug that he along with the crew had collected from a nearby jungle in Bangkok. They eat these creatures there. So he held it in his hand and asked me to eat it," she said.
"And I am not the one to shy away from challenges. I ate it rather swallow it. Salman thought that I would yell, scream, throw a fit or get freaked out but I didn't. Instead, I ate it. So he didn't really get the reaction he expected," the actress added.

lolz @ Hassan Farooq then why did you read this post hun?
Why are so obsessed with Bollywood? When are we going to develop our own movie industry and start admiring our actors? Our obsession with Bollywood has caused the downfall of our own movie industry.
Who can desire 45 years old uncle.
IF no body cared and it didn't matter and all that stuff then why do u all read it???and then pose to be the indifferent heroes:P. Don't click on these links if it is sooo annoying, cause what is more annoying is people reading and then pretending to be.....phuuuhhhh...big shots telling tribune not to print this or that.
Hassan Farooq
Tribune is a Burger Theater. No sense and cares about logic or real life. It's capitalist life and tribune supports that ideology.
@Hassan Farooq: I agree with you mate. It is not worth publishing anywhere in the world. Mass media is slowly but surely loosing its credibility worldwide.
lol ...who cares ?
@Hassan Farooq:
Don't be so angry, friend. This was a matter of great concern. I had heard that there is hope yet for Mr. Salman Khan and Miss Katrina Kaif to renew their cosy bond and this sudden amorous linkage of Miss Asin to Mr. Salman had created an unnecessarily tensed atmosphere. I am glad that these doubts have been erased now finally.
Asin tumhara taqreeban fitay moun...who is interested here to know how you look up to Salman...I dont know why our media is this much supppressed by Bollywood....Does anybody really think that this piece of so called info about Asin's opinion about Salman is worth publishing...I mean..Just Come onnn Tribune.......
