.

Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid has said the government plans to launch skills-development initiatives to equip women with professional training, empower them economically and enable them to contribute to national development.
She expressed these views while talking to the media at the Deputy Commissioner's Office during her one-day visit to Badin.
Rubina stated that more than 10 million families, comprising approximately 60 million people, across the country were benefiting from the programme.
