In a separate incident, a tikka shop owner was shot dead following a dispute that took place after someone parked their rickshaw in front of his shop, in Scheme III, Ghareebabad, in the jurisdiction of the Chaklala Police Station.

According to the police, the victim, a hardworking man named Sain Hafeez, was busy working at his tikka shop when a rickshaw driver named Shahid parked his vehicle in front of the premises. When Hafeez objected, an argument ensued, prompting the rickshaw driver to pull a pistol from his vehicle and open fire.
