IHC orders regularisation of FIA-NCCIA staff

ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday directed the authorities to complete the process initiated for regularisation of employees of the FIA and NCCIA, and submit a comprehensive report detailing the interviews conducted by the relevant directors and their results.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued a written order while hearing petitions filed by Tauqeer Jadoon and others seeking regularisation of their services.

According to the written order, the FPSC submitted its para-wise comments and report before the court.

During the hearing, the additional attorney general informed the court that FPSC approval was a mandatory legal requirement for regularising the employees.
