Cleanliness drive kicks off

CHAKLALA/ RAWALPINDI:
The Chaklala Cantonment Board has formally launched its "Clean and Green Cantt" campaign, seeking public cooperation in cleaning residential areas, commercial centres and major roads.
The campaign will also focus on increasing tree plantation, with the cantonment authorities and residents expected to work together to achieve the cleanliness and greening targets. Cantonment Executive Officer Arifeen Zubair Chaudhry announced that the slogan "My West, My Responsibility" would be adopted for the initiative.
