Donna Kelce speaks out about resurfaced offensive social media posts allegedly belonging to Travis Kelce
The posts allegedly contained offensive remarks about women's appearances, cheerleaders and other individuals

Donna Kelce has defended her son, NFL star Travis Kelce, after resurfaced social media posts allegedly linked to his name sparked controversy online.
Donna, 74, responded on X on Saturday, October 17, after a fan shared several controversial messages purportedly posted between 2009 and 2011.
“Not Travis’ handle and not his account!!” she wrote, disputing the claims that the posts belonged to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.
The messages, which reportedly appeared under the account name “tkelce”, allegedly contained offensive remarks about women's appearances, cheerleaders and other individuals.
The New York Times previously reported in 2023 that the tweets had been independently verified by fact-checking website Snopes.
The 37-year-old athlete has not publicly addressed the resurfaced posts.
The controversy follows criticism over Travis's reported decision to like a video featuring comedian Shane Gillis's recent Saturday Night Live monologue.
Gillis faced backlash after making misogynistic jokes about women's gym clothing during the October 10 broadcast.
Several public figures condemned the comedian's remarks, including actor Dan Levy, who responded on Instagram on October 11.
“Women wearing short shorts to the gym does not make them wh*res,” Levy wrote. “It makes the men calling them whores misogynists. There’s a difference there.”
Levy also argued that the discussion reflected wider concerns about the objectification of women in the media.
Travis has yet to respond publicly to the criticism surrounding his reported social media activity.
Donna's statement, meanwhile, challenges the authenticity of the older posts as discussion continues online.
