Sri Lanka opt to bat first in T20I series opener

Razaullah and Imran Randhawa make their debuts at the Pindi Stadium

Pakistan on Friday handed debuts to Razaullah and Imran Randhawa as visitors Sri Lanka opted to bat first in the first T20I of the three-match series at the Pindi Stadium in Rawalpindi.

Both Razaullah and Imran Randhawa made their Test debuts against England at Edgbaston recently and are set to showcase their skills in the shorter format against Sri Lanka at home.

Razaullah is famous for his fast bowling and aggressive batting while Imran is a medium pacer and is also a very good batsman.

Sahibzada Farhan will lead the side for the first time. Farhan has replaced Agha Salman as Pakistan T20 captain.
