PMDC reschedules NRE Step-I to Nov 8

ISLAMABAD:

The PMDC has rescheduled the first step of the National Registration Examination (NRE) for foreign medical and dental graduates from October 11 to November 8, citing unavoidable circumstances.

The council advised candidates to note the revised date and follow further instructions issued by the examination department.

The NRE is a mandatory requirement for Pakistani medical and dental graduates who obtain their qualifications abroad, forming part of the registration process to practise in Pakistan. The examination is conducted in two steps at least twice a year under approved standards, structure and syllabus.
