Lucki was reportedly injured outside ComplexCon in Los Angeles on Saturday, with videos circulating online showing the Chicago rapper being escorted towards a black luxury car by security.

Several social media accounts claimed Lucki had suffered a neck injury from being stabbed in an alleged altercation involving people associated with Playboi Carti.

However, police, health officials, and event organisers have not confirmed the circumstances of the incident or the nature of Lucki’s reported injury.

The incident has also renewed attention on the reported Lucki and Playboi Carti beef, which dates back to 2024.

As per Revolt, Lucki addressed Carti on his Instagram Story after a post about a chain appeared to cause tension.

He explained that a post featuring his new chain and the words "Crosses up" was not intended as a reference to Carti’s lyrics or imagery.

Lucki said, "Like I said from the jump, I don't dislike you. You think yesterday 'cause I bought a chain and I said, 'Crosses up' that I was sneak dissing you 'cause you made a song that said, 'Upside down cross tat on my neck,' but it wasn't that though, I just bought a chain and was saying 'Crosses up.' You just insecure because you don't love Jesus like that."

Lucki also shared older direct messages that reportedly showed Carti supporting him in 2023.

He followed the explanation with comments questioning Carti’s public image.

Around the same period, Carti posted a video in a parking lot in which he appeared to address people he considered rivals.

He said, "Should've signed to the O. I ain't worried bout nobody," before adding, "Say whatever they wanna say about me." The "O" referred to his label, Opium Records.

Meanwhile, the current incident remains unconfirmed, and there is no information establishing Carti’s personal involvement.

ComplexCon’s organisers have a zero-tolerance policy on weapons and reportedly coordinate security measures with law enforcement.

Carti served as an artistic director for the event alongside Japanese designer Hiroshi Fujiwara.
