Amazon has introduced new Kindle accessories that bring physical page-turn buttons to its latest e-readers, including a magnetic cover and Bluetooth remote.

The company has unveiled redesigned versions of the Kindle, Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle Colorsoft alongside accessories designed around different reading setups.

The new Page-Turn Cover includes dedicated physical buttons and uses pogo pin connectivity to connect with compatible Kindle devices.

The $79.99 Page-Turn Cover is compatible with the new Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition and Kindle Colorsoft Signature Edition, priced at $249.99 and $319.99 respectively.

Amazon says the design allows physical controls to be added without changing the slim design of the Kindle itself.

Amazon is also releasing the $34.99 Kindle Click, a compact Bluetooth remote that allows readers to turn pages without touching their e-reader. It works with every model in the new Kindle lineup and Kindle devices released from 2024 onwards.

The Kindle Click is designed for hands-free reading, including while using a treadmill, reading in bed or keeping a Kindle on a tray table during a flight.

The new Signature Edition models also support double tapping to turn pages, providing another way to navigate through books without tapping the screen.

Amazon says Kindle has recorded double-digit global growth for three consecutive years, with readers turning more than 720 billion pages in 2025.

The wider 2026 Kindle redesign includes flush-front displays across the new range and edge-to-edge colour. The standard Kindle starts at $149.99, while the Paperwhite starts at $199.99 and the Colorsoft at $289.99.
