Hina murder suspects denied bail

RAWALPINDI:

In the brutal murder case of digital designer Hina Javed, Additional District and Sessions Judge Naseer Ahmed dismissed both bail applications of arrested accused Zeeshan Arshad after declaring them ineffective following the transfer of the case from police to the Crime Control Department (CCD).

Meanwhile, Judicial Magistrate Asim Mumtaz extended the judicial remand of both accused until October 14 and ordered the investigation to be completed within two weeks and the challan to be submitted before the court on the next date.
