Delegates hail Pakistan's cultural heritage during PNCA visit

LAHORE:
A delegation of coordinators from member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) visited the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) in Islamabad as part of preparatory engagements for upcoming SCO activities under Pakistan's chairmanship in 2027.
The delegation was received by the Secretary of the National Heritage and Culture Division, who welcomed the guests and briefed them on Pakistan's rich cultural heritage, artistic traditions and the role of culture in promoting mutual understanding and regional cooperation.
During the visit, the delegation explored PNCA's art galleries, including a photographic exhibition dedicated to the Father of the Nation, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and the renowned Sadequain Gallery, which showcases the artistic legacy of one of Pakistan's most celebrated painters.
