Tom Brady reportedly suspects Gisele Bündchen shared private marriage details in new biography

Tom Brady is reportedly questioning whether his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, shared private details of their marriage for Lars Anderson’s new biography, Brady: An American Story.

According to an excerpt published by the Daily Mail, Anderson wrote that Bündchen sent Brady a “serious, handwritten” letter following the 2018 Super Bowl, asking him to spend more time with her and their children.

“She explained that their marriage wasn't working. She needed more of him, more of his time, more of his attention, more of his heart,” Anderson wrote.

“She needed him to be present when he was at home, not responding to text messages on his constantly buzzing cell phone or replaying a game in his mind.”

Anderson also wrote that Bügivendchen needed more support with childcare, more opportunities to sleep and more time for her own career.

A former teammate of Brady’s reportedly said Bündchen was “a bigger international star” than the former NFL quarterback and had become tired of living around his football schedule.

The book claims Brady kept Bündchen’s letter in a drawer and reread it on “contemplative nights”, reminding himself to give his marriage the same attention he gave his career.

Following the publication of the excerpts, a source speaking to Hollywood insider Rob Shuter claimed Brady was questioning who could have provided Anderson with the private details.

“Tom keeps asking one question: 'Who else could possibly know this?'” the source told Shuter’s Naughty But Nice. “These aren't stories teammates or friends would know. This is private marriage stuff. In Tom's mind, the circle of people who could know these details is incredibly small.”

There is no evidence in the supplied material that Bündchen worked with Anderson. The source claimed Brady suspects she may have been involved, comparing the situation to Princess Diana’s reported involvement with Andrew Morton’s biography.

“That comparison tells you where Tom's head is,” the source said. “To him, this isn't just a book. It feels like a betrayal — and he suspects Gisele may be getting the last word.”
