Leopard caught near village

ABBOTTABAD:

A Wildlife Department team safely captured a ferocious leopard in the Katli Bagh area of Union Council Bagnotar, on the outskirts of Abbottabad.

Wildlife Abbottabad SDFO Sardar Muhammad Nawaz said the department had received repeated complaints from local residents that a leopard was frequently venturing near the settlement to attack livestock; this had caused panic among the public and resulted in the loss of numerous animals.
