Angelina Jolie sells Los Feliz home for $24.75 million as she plans her next chapter

Angelina Jolie has sold her Los Feliz mansion for $24.75 million as the actress prepares for a new chapter after her children have begun moving out.

Jolie’s 11,000-square-foot property, which has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, had been on the market for five months. She initially listed the home in May for almost $30 million.

Jolie purchased the property in 2017 for around $24.5 million following her split from Brad Pitt.

The former Cecil B. DeMille estate sits on two acres and includes a library, tea house, wine cellar, fitness studio, swimming pool and pool house.

The property’s listing is being handled by Sotheby’s International Realty and The Agency, with a contract currently pending, according to the Sotheby’s website.

The sale comes as Jolie’s children have moved out and reports suggest she plans to leave Los Angeles.

A source told TMZ that Jolie has yet to establish a new home base and will return to work in different parts of the world, including Cambodia, where she owns a residence.

Jolie previously discussed her plans to leave California in a 2024 interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“I grew up in this town. I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they're 18, I'll be able to leave,” she said.

Earlier this month, Jolie and Pitt’s son Maddox legally removed Pitt from his surname, becoming Maddox Chivan Jolie. Zahara is also due to have a name-change hearing on September 28.

Jolie and Pitt split in 2016, with their divorce finalised in December 2024.
