Lightning kills two Balakot siblings

Two sisters were killed and three people, including two women, were seriously injured when lightning struck a residential house in Kotkay village of Manawar Valley in Balakot.

According to Kaghan police, the lightning struck the house of local resident Abdul Shakoor. As a result of the incident, 17-year-old Salma and 10-year-old Sidra died on the spot.

Manzoor, Mehnaz and Haleema Bibi sustained serious injuries.
