Fortnite reveals Kingdom Hearts collaboration with Sora skin

Fortnite has revealed its Kingdom Hearts collaboration, with Sora and other characters expected to join Item Shop

Fortnite has officially revealed its Kingdom Hearts collaboration, with Sora set to join the Item Shop later this week.

Epic Games unveiled Sora in a brief five-second teaser, showing the Disney character wearing a design inspired by his Kingdom Hearts 2 appearance.

The skin also features his iconic Kingdom Key, which is expected to be included in the collaboration.

Sora will become the latest Gaming Legend to join Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. Epic has not confirmed an exact release date, but the collaboration could arrive alongside the Fortnite 42.20 update on Thursday, September 17.

Epic’s cryptic teasers on X also indicate that Kairi, Riku and Roxas will join Sora in Fortnite. The four Kingdom Hearts characters are expected to appear in the Item Shop at the same time.

Epic has not yet revealed the full contents or pricing of the Kingdom Hearts bundle.

Sora’s Kingdom Key is expected to be available as a Pickaxe and could also feature as a weapon in-game. The emote shown in the teaser is also expected to be included.

It is unclear whether Sora will receive an alternate style based on Kingdom Hearts 4. The collaboration is expected to include additional edit styles for the Disney character.
