LAHORE:

The Lahore Drug Court on Wednesday accepted an application from laboratory owners and ordered the Punjab government to reopen 25 sealed laboratories.

Judge Muhammad Akram Lone of the Lahore Drug Court also ordered the laboratory owners not to charge more than Rs90 for blood tests. The applicants submitted that the government had sealed their laboratories without reason and its action meant that there were fewer diagnostic facilities for dengue patients.
