Charge sheet submitted in Gul Plaza fire case

KARACHI:

Investigating authorities have submitted the charge sheet in the Gul Plaza fire case before the court of the Judicial Magistrate (South). Accused Tanveer and others appeared in the court.

Investigating Officer DSP Amir Waris submitted the charge sheet. The charge sheet identifies Tanveer as the prime accused. It states that Tanveer, Ramadan, Naimatullah and Ammar Ismail are currently out on bail.

The name of 11-year-old Huzaifa has not been included in the list of accused.
