E-filing framework to be tabled before NJPMC

Chief Justice of Pakistan, in his capacity as Chairman of the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC), on Friday held a consultative meeting with representatives of the Punjab Bar Council and Islamabad Bar Council.

It was decided that a committee comprising the Registrars of all high courts and two members nominated by each provincial bar council and the Islamabad Bar Council would review and finalise the standardized e-filing templates.

After finalization, the templates would be placed before the NJPMC for consideration and policy directions.
