CJP stresses bar's role in e-filing

ISLAMABAD:

Chief Justice Yahya Afridi on Monday underscored the Balochistan Bar Council's (BBC) key role in developing standardised e-filing templates and ensuring their effective implementation across judiciary.

The top judge, in his capacity as chairman of the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC), held a consultative meeting with a delegation of the BBC at the SC Branch Registry in Quetta, as part of efforts to develop a standardised national e-filing framework.

The participants were briefed on the proposed National Standardised E-Filing System, envisaged as a structured, intelligent and rules-compliant platform aligned with the procedural and legal requirements governing judicial proceedings.
